Back to Nutrition Basics

In this class, you will learn what macronutrients are and why we need to eat them in balance, how maintaining blood sugar balance is important for our overall health regardless of a diabetic diagnosis, and why eating according to the latest craze or food rules is not always the healthier way to go.  We’ll also learn about the role of food politics behind “universal” dietary recommendations.  This is for everyone even if you think you know how to eat healthy!
