    About Parasol Wellness Collaborative

At Parasol Wellness Collaborative we believe that wellness is achieved through balance in all areas of life, as represented HERE. Deficits and difficulties in any area of the wheel can result in decreased performance/satisfaction in the other areas. We strive to address them all through collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, all invested in helping you be the best you can be.
We strive to meet our clients wherever they are in life. We walk with our clients while they challenge beliefs that stand in the way of becoming whatever our clients would like to become.

We’re constantly researching, trying things out ourselves and scouring the deepest corners of our professional networks for like-minded professionals. If these ideas resonate with you, we hope you’ll connect with us so that you can see this project flourish into exactly what our communities have been needing, exactly what you’ve been needing. We’re listening.

    Meet the Staff

Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique approach to the work they do. And, we all come together as a team to collaborate on the care of our clients and learn from each other so that we can provide the highest quality support possible. Because we’re better together.

Please note that all of our therapists are set up to conduct sessions via telehealth due to the pandemic. Requests for in person sessions will be considered on a case by case basis between each individual therapist and their client.

    Our Intake Process

Hi! I’m Cassidy Trotter, Client Care Coordinator at Parasol Wellness! It’s nice to meet you!

When you call or schedule a time to connect with me, we’ll talk about your unique care needs and work together to come up with a plan for how Parasol Wellness can best help you to be well. I’m closely connected with every member of the Parasol team and will help match you to a therapist who will be the best fit for your needs, help sign you up for yoga/meditation classes, schedule time for you to meet with our nutritionist, or help you find other community resources that may be of service to you.

I am a recent graduate from North Central University with a Bachelors degree in both Psychology and Humanitarian Leadership and jumped right into my graduate studies to become a marriage and family therapist! I am passionate about helping and serving people and love to work in an atmosphere where the care of others is prioritized. In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends.

I look forward to connecting with you!

I don’t like writing bios. I get that it’s helpful to know some things about me before deciding to engage in a life changing journey together, I just can’t seem to articulate what my work means to me.

My goal […]
