I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and support as you navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward the life you want to live. Taking a client-centered and multicultural approach to my work, I honor each person’s unique identities, experiences, and values.

I work with individuals ages 12 and up and support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. I strive to create a space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment.

It’s my goal to help you feel more connected to yourself, build on your existing strengths, and develop tools that support lasting growth and well-being. I believe that healing and growth occur in safe, genuine relationships and within a warm, supportive environment where we can be authentic, honest, and even find moments of humor along the way.

I enjoy reading, watching reality television, and taking care of my fish. I received my bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and my master’s in clinical psychology from the University of St. Thomas.
