Hi, I’m Kayleigh! I am an Art Therapist and LPCC Associate. In my work, I invite clients to engage in creative expression as part of the healing process through art-making, nature-based experiences, and conversation. You don’t need to have any experience with art; it’s simply a way to explore your inner world, express what words can’t always capture, and discover new perspectives. My Ecotherapy certification allows me to weave nature into the process as a grounding and restorative ally in healing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and process-oriented. Together, we’ll move at your pace, following what feels meaningful for you. I strive to create a warm, authentic, and inclusive space where you can show up as your full self, however that looks. As a therapist, I value authenticity, curiosity, and gentleness. I strive to create a space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and affirmed. My hope is for our work to help you reconnect to your strengths, listen to your needs, and feel more rooted in yourself and your relationships with others. My work is rooted in the belief that we all carry the wisdom to heal and grow when given an environment to do so. Together, we’ll create a space where your experiences are seen and honored, where curiosity replaces judgment, and where healing can unfold naturally. I’m passionate about supporting people through life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, grief/loss, and self-esteem challenges.  Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our dog, creating art, and finding inspiration in the natural world.
