I have a passion for helping individuals and families work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, behavior challenges, and attachment issues. I easily connect with clients because of my caring, approachable, and authentic demeanor.
I enjoy supporting individuals and families through a wide variety of mental health challenges and offer specialized support in Pregnancy & Postpartum, Pediatric Mental Health, Trauma, and Adoption/Attachment struggles.

License and Training: Minnesota board approved Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor (2016), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Master’s of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University (2008), trained in DC 0-5 (Diagnostic Assessments for children ages 0-5), trained in TF-CBT, completed PSI President’s Advisory Council Perinatal Mental Health Webinar Series, trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), currently training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
