I believe everyone has a story to tell and everyone deserves to have that story heard. My goal as a therapist is to empower and give hope to my clients. I value connections and relationships, and this is what informs my work as therapist. I am trauma informed and use family systems perspective and an attachment focused Lense. My passions include working with children and parents to provide early interventions and to improve family functioning. I also love working with teens and adults of all ages.

Prior to getting my Master’s Degree I worked as a Licensed Social Worker and have over 10 years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings including schools, the court systems, mental health treatment settings, and in-home.
I am certified in Attachment Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have completed Level II of Theraplay training.
