Creative Horizons Counseling
In a creative and caring environment, I help clients of all ages identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life, a better self-image or more fulfilling relationships. I use different therapeutic modalities when working with others, based on needs, to find more balance in life. I consider myself an integrative therapist who uses a holistic approach.I have over twelve years’ experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and families who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, attachment concerns, family issues, parenting, and trauma related disorders.
For self-care, I try to take time daily to do yoga and practice mindfulness. I enjoy spending time with family and friends at our family cabin, playing with my mini golden doodle, doing art or anything creative, traveling, and just spending quality time with loved ones.
