Hilary Greene, LMFT
Hilary’s goal as a therapist is to guide her clients in the exploration of themselves and their lives, within a safe and nurturing environment without judgement, and to help clients create the positive changes they desire.
Hilary has experience working with clients of all ages and specializes in working with adolescents and adults. She often works with clients on navigating life changes and challenges, depression, anxiety, conflict, self-identity, emotion regulation, and trauma. Hilary has experience working with adolescents in school and residential treatment settings. She especially enjoys working with those transitioning from adolescence into adulthood. Hilary has a passion for helping clients to identify and change deeply rooted patterns that are creating challenges within their lives.
For self-care, Hilary enjoys camping, kayaking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and hiking. She also energizes herself by spending time with family and friends and making time for relaxation and practicing mindfulness.
Hilary has a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology (Minor in Child and Family Studies), both from St. Cloud State University.
