Therapy can be a place to not only heal from past traumas or harmful relationships but also explore personal identity, regain a sense of self or purpose, and learn healthy ways of coping and relating to others.  My therapeutic style is to meet people where they are at and go at their pace, pushing when necessary and supportive as needed.  Opening up to a new person can be difficult, so I try to keep my sessions conversational, relaxed, and judgment free.

I enjoy working with individuals (especially teens!) and families and have prior experience in areas such as grief and loss, family conflict, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, neurodiversity, and sexuality/gender.
