Brook Chace, MA
Mental Health Practitioner
Parasol Wellness Collaborative
My core approach to therapy is to look at each individual as unique, to view them and their life and see it as a whole unit. This Adlerian perspective allows me “to see with the eyes, hear with the ears and feel with the heart” of each of my clients and see the world as they do and help them become “unstuck”. I believe that no two people are alike so I cannot treat them with a cookie-cutter type of therapeutic approach. You are an individual and deserve an individualized type of therapy. I am willing to meet my clients where they are, look with them at what has made them the people they are today, and help them reach goals that they want to accomplish for themselves. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). These two tools allow me to help individuals with many different concerns from PTSD, trauma, depression, phobias, addictions, and anxiety to daily life adjustments and communication with others.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and reading.
I have a Master’s Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also have additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
