I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have a Masters Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School. I have several years of clinical experience and have spent the last few years providing therapy in a school setting. I enjoy being in a school-setting and partnering with families and school staff to support students where they are at. I especially love working with the middle school population. I bring humor, sarcasm, authenticity, and warmth into my sessions and am passionate about helping people find solutions for the challenges life brings, while discovering their strengths and hope for change. I believe the most important factor in successful therapy is the therapist-client relationship and my role in therapy is to walk alongside clients and provide support as they create the positive changes they desire. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and work with children, adolescents and their families to address issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, conflict, anger, trauma and parenting concerns.
